I am a coach, group facilitator and lover of all things human and relational. What makes people tick, makes me tick. I believe that better relationships create a better life and ultimately a better world. When I discovered the relational practice Circling in 2011, it felt like coming home. Ever since, I have deeply emerged myself in inter-relational spaces. I realised: this is where all my super powers come alive. I discovered that truly connecting to myself and others is a very vulnerable, and very rewarding experience. This journey has made my life bigger, kinder and so much more adventurous. This work is not just something I do – it is who I am. Spreading love and supporting people in making real connections matters to me deeply. I believe that in today’s day and age, learning to truly connect with each other is no longer optional. It is essential.

Eivind created Reclaim your Inner Throne while in the midst of a profound initiation due to health issues, death of family members and the loss of everything that had given his identity form. He then discovered, through grace and deep surrender to his life’s emergent song, how to take men on a similar journey in just three months. Thus, a “new paradigm of men’s work” was born, and close to one hundred men have been on the journey since. Through these experiences, Eivind has concluded – much to his stubborn ego’s dismay – that the answers to the great human challenges are found not merely in perfecting our spiritual practices and lives, but in expanding and transforming the structure of human identity itself. It is the combination between human agency and deep surrender into group intelligence that defines his life’s work. Eivind, a student of human potential for 16+ years, is an internationally recognized expert in the field of archetypes and masculine psychology, an ever-curious student of consciousness, and a true visionary and trailblazer. From his base in Oslo, Norway, he continues his work of empowering ever growing numbers of people to give their unique gifts to the planet in this time of great need. www.inner-throne.com

I’m a busy guy here in Austin, TX.  I lead two circling labs a week, do personal coaching, lead corporate group immersions, assist at multiple circling trainings, am the area manager of South Texas for a publicly traded company, and am finishing up my Masters in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational psychology.  I love to circle.  It’s the only practice I’ve found that repeatedly asks me to go deeper, reassess, and look at the world with awe and wonder.  Besides working with people one-on-one and couples, my biggest desire is to bring deeper relating into businesses.  I contend that authentically galvanized people will outperform mechanistic competitors every time.

After coming into contact with Integral towards the end of my studies, about 5 years ago I went to my first Circling workshop. Never had I been so sure I wanted more of something in my life! I continue to be touched by its powerful simplicity every time, and I am passionate about the potential that this practice holds for us personally and collectively. Adding the even more explicitly collective practice of We-Dreaming to this repertoire is what’s blowing me away these days: integrating mind, body, heart, spirit and weaving it into the collective. Since burning out last year, I left my job at university, but renewed my committed to bringing more well-being into the places we spend so much of our lives: the office. The potential and proven benefits of We-Skills in the area of work are manifold. My mission is to tend to that possibility.
